Background

We believe

That the masses are the media and that in order to succeed brands must build, develop and enhance their own digital homes (stores, platforms & ecosystems).

Brands must reshape their marketing output and resource to become always-on publishers in order to create regular, lightweight customer interactions (designed as entertainment not advertising to do many things on different devices).

Chris Gorell Barnes

Chris is the founder and CEO of Adjust Your Set.
 
Chris is an entrepreneur who has worked in advertising for the past 15 years on both the agency and  production side. He is also an active angel investor in ad tech start ups and  an investor & Non-Exec Director of Eagle Eye Solutions, the leading mobile marketing and payments platform .Chris cares passionately about marine conservation; he was executive producer of the award winning film The End of the Line and is co-founder of The BLUE Marine Foundation, a charity funding private sector solutions for the sea and the creation of a global network of marine reserves.

Nick Timon

Nick has over 20 years experience in tech businesses across the globe. He started his career in oceanographic research, specifically early satellite location based services. Following that he was present at the birth of eCommerce, working for M&S, National Savings and Abbey National. He moved to the BBC pioneering the launch of the BBC iPlayer before setting up the EMEA office for Brightcove, the leading online video platform, before joining Adjust Your Set.

Christopher Lockwood

Christopher has over 20 years experience as a world-class magazine, publishing director, editor, media entrepreneur and creative business consultant. He has held senior roles in leading global fashion and style magazines from Dazed & Confused to Wallpaper magazine. He launched his own luxury content publishing agency and worked with leading brands to create a rich variety digital, mobile & print content. In 2011 he joined Mindshare to establish its digital content offering before joining Adjust Your Set in Jan 2013

Will Barnett

Will started his career at a variety of prominent agencies including AMV/BBDO, BBH and WCRS (Engine Group). He’s worked across many brands along the way including BMW, Orange, BUPA, Debenhams, CNN and many more. Picking up a number of prestigious awards Will is now the Executive Creative Director at Adjust Your Set overseeing the creation of all our client work.

Annabel Hunt

Annabel joined Adjust Your Set from the ad agency Inferno, where she was Client Services Director and member of their board. There she was responsible for running an account management department of 30 people and led the agency’s key Nokia account. Previously she was at Naked Communications and before that Red Bee Media where she was Head of Business Development and Marketing.

Harvey Cossell

The son of a sculptor and a draughtswoman; aesthetic and freedom of creative expression were part and parcel of Harvey’s upbringing. Seven years as a client at GlaxoSmithKline acquiring sales and marketing skills, established his rigorous understanding of business problems and how to solve them strategically and led to the conclusion that ‘account planning’ could afford him a more creative application of his talents.

In the eight years since he crossed the client/agency divide, he has worked on brands such as Jaguar, Smirnoff, Baileys and Toni & Guy.

Harvey is client-trained creative planner with a strong reputation for turning traditionally communicated brands into integrated creative opportunities.

Jim Holmes

Jim started in medicine, developing medical software for plasma testing in the US. In London he was at EMAP working on the websites of trade press before moving to Paris to run a boutique technology agency. He worked on several joint client projects with Adjust Your Set before joining as full time CTO.
