We are a team of over 50 people. With expertise from designers through to producers and full stack developers, we have an amazing collection of individuals brought together under one roof at Adjust Your Set. Below are the backgrounds of the management team that lead us.
Chris, a former ad executive, founded the agency in early 2008 when he saw an opportunity in a new era of marketing, where every brand can be a publisher or broadcaster in their own right. Instead of bombarding consumers with 30-second commercials, Chris wanted to help brands create their own high-quality video content and films that users could interact with and share.
Today the agency specialises in helping businesses scale their content marketing, building and monetising audiences over time. Clients include HSBC, M&S, E.ON, Bacardi, Barclaycard and Mondelez.
Chris cares passionately about oceans and was the executive producer of the award-winning film The End of the Line, which has been heralded as one of the most successful documentaries at bringing about social and behavioural change. On the back of the success of the film he co-Founded the Blue Marine Foundation, a charity funding private sector solutions for the sea and the creation of a global network of marine reserves, which since 2010 has doubled the size of the marine reserves in existence in the world.Linkedin
